In today's world there certainly is no lack of stressors that can cause us anxiety. Some stress is good for us because it keeps us moving and makes us aware of potential dangers. Other stressors,however,can cause havoc to our physical, mental, and emotional well being. So although many of the external stressors that cause us anxiety will not go away, we can learn how to handle them better. There are many different places we can go to and many different tools we can use to help manage our anxiety and stress. I have found this site to be one of the useful tools.
