Square Dancing

I'm always looking for more fun forms of fitness. Any kind of dancing is fun but Square Dancing, with its fast pace and country music can also be very competitive.   Four couples dane in square dancing and when it is done right their formation looks like a square. There is a "caller" who calls out steps and the dancers have to adapt with the music. Square dancing can also have other benefits. It is a family oriented style of dance.
