Nobody will deny that teenagers have a lot going on in their bodies. They also have a lot to do with school. Even still, teenagers need exercise. With today's society being so sedentary, teens today need to make a habit of exercise now so that they can continue to be active, healthy adults. Exercise does not need to be a chore for teens.
