Running: Motivational Tips Every runner eventually goes through a phase were they are tired and need motivation. We all do at times no matter what our favorite hobbies, pastimes, or sport. So how do runners get and stay motivated? There are many ways. One way is to have a running buddy. Another person helping you out the door and keeping you moving is always helpful. Your buddy may even push you to go faster and longer, only benefitting you. Another motivational tip is to sign up for a race.
