No one can deny the importane of fruits and vegetables in our diet. That is why whenever I hear about a diet that eliminates a whole food groups,especially fruits or vegetables, I tell any one that asks to run as far away from that diet as they can. Fruits and vegetables give us nutrients and enzymes vital to life. They give us fiber in order to keep us regular. They even taste really good.
