Everyone is affected by the economic downturn. The Baby Boomers are no exception. Often, they are having to work more years than they had originally planned because of the loss of funds in their 401k plans. Also, their property values have decreased meaning that they will not get as much money for their home when thye try to sell than they would have a few years ago.
