Weight Training Believe it or not, weight training is the only way in which you can change your body. Yes, all exercise is beneficial for your health and well being. Cardiovascular exercise is excellent for your heart and respiratory system to name a few, but only weight training will change your body. It helps you to lose fat where you a susceptible to storing it and therefore, if done correctly, can totally change the way that you look.
