How to Run in Hot Weather

With the worst of summer yet to come, new runners want to know how to run in hot weather. They want to avoid all of the problems associated with running in the extreme heat. Who could blame them? Sun burn, dehydration, heat exhaustion, or even heat stroke are some of the common problems associated with outdoor exercise in the hot summer weather. There are things that runners can do to either minimize or totally avoid these problems. One is to run in the early morning hours or after the sun goes down at night.
