Setting Goals

If you are anything like most of the population, you know all about setting goals. Setting the goals, however, is usually not the problem. Working to get to the goals and actually accomplishing them is the real challenge. Try to remember that when setting goals, you want to set goals that you can accomplish. Sometimes we set these huge goals right off the bat without setting smaller goals first. Try to start small and move forward from there.
