Self Discipline and Fitness If you don't have any self discipline in life, you are not likely to make it very far. Everyone needs self discipline in something. People pick and choose what they want to be disciplined based on their likes and dislikes or on necessity. When it comes to self discipline and fitness, you have to not only make the decision to decide to get healthy and reach your fitness or weight loss goals but you have to be passionate and focused on it.
