Change Your Workouts, Increase Your Fat Loss

When you workout you want to get the most benefit out of it you can. You also do not want to spend a lot of time. If you want to burn more fat during your workouts you may need to change your workouts a little bit.
 
Try revving up your fa burning with intervals. You can do this many ways. One way is to add short sprints to your cardio workouts. The idea is to increase the intensity of your work for a short time and then go back to your regular pace for a few minutes and do this again. You can do this walking or running outside or on the treadmill. You can do this with any piece of cardio equipment. You can vary the length of your intervals. The great thing about doing intervals is that you can do them in half the time you do your normal cardio and get better results.
 
When doing your strength training, take it slow. Take the time and count to three as you lower the weight back down to the starting position. Doing this causes the muscle tissue to break down. Believe it or not, this is what you want. Once you do this, the muscle needs to be repaired and your body repairing the muscle increases your metabolism for up to 72 hours after you are done exercising. Also, make sure that you have enough weight so that you struggle to get the last few repetitions up correctly
